• TikTok marketing and promotion
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Social media management tools

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

• Businesses listed on SmartHubBoost are responsible for the accuracy of their information
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or applicable laws
• Businesses grant us permission to feature their name, logo, and content in our marketing materials

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

• You retain ownership of content you provide to us
• By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it in connection with the Service
• We retain ownership of all SmartHubBoost branding, software, and platform materials
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Our Service integrates with TikTok and other third-party platforms
• Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies
• We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services

• We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Certain provisions of these terms survive termination

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services
• We are not responsible for actions taken by TikTok or other platforms
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
